Jen Duncan says her most memorable volunteer experience was when she filled in at the last minute and gave a Disaster Dudes presentation. Now, she's going to add this to her roster of volunteer positions at the Greater Ozarks Chapter.

Jen is also signed up to train as an Armed Forces Emergency Services (AFES) volunteer. She is a disaster, health and safety and public relations volunteer, too.

A volunteer for more than five years, Jen credits her great-great aunt for inspiring her to be a Red Crosser. "She practically raised me. I'm her namesake. When she died in March of '99, I decided I'd take her place. I started volunteering that April" explains Jen. "This really is the most fun I've ever had. The people are great!"
