Lifeguard Training Challenge/Review << back

Attention Lifeguards: Lifeguarding and CPR for the Professional skill standards changed in 2001. All recertifying lifeguards will be tested to the new standards: Lifeguards who have not trained in the new material must purchase a current manual with the new standards when registering for the class ($35.00) Please study this manual for the written test and practice each skill as outlined in the skill sheets. Those unable to pass all written and skills tests will be required to take the entire lifeguarding class to recertify. Students must be able to perform skills and pass written tests without help or coaching.

Time: 5 class meetings, total of 18 hours
