Volunteers Needed!
Enjoy the special rewards of helping others as a Red Cross Volunteer. You may never work harder or get dirtier. But it will be the best job you never got paid to do. Somewhere, a family's home burns to the ground. It is a Volunteer who wraps a blanket around their shoulders and delivers a teddy bear to a tearful child. Somewhere, a soldier or sailor needs to be notified of a family emergency. It is a Volunteer who answers our phone 24/7/365 and sends that message. Somewhere, lifesaving skills are being taught to the babysitters who will watch your child or grandchild. Volunteer Instructors teach those babysitters. Volunteers often teach First Aid and CPR too. Volunteers are the heart of the Red Cross. We need you to make a difference in the lives of our neighbors and help us to continue "Saving Lives, and Giving Hope".
